The Academy by MedLabs’ job readiness training is designed to develop the essential skills and behaviors necessary to perform the role of a medical laboratory technologist (MT). These skills will help the MT learn how to interact with supervisors and co-workers and practice exemplary ethics, attitudes, behaviors, critical skills, and professionalism. It will further equip them with essential technical knowledge and bench skills that will allow them to confidently execute their responsibilities in the laboratory environment.
